ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
To be held in the Learning Centre, RHS Rosemoor Sunday 29th March 2026 at 2.00pm.

Prior to the meeting there will be a talk by Andrew Giles of the Torrington Commons Conservators on the history, maintenance and future plans for the Commons.

There are no committee members due for re-election this year.
6. Election of Executive Committee - Chair, Vice-chair, Secretary, Treasurer
The current Executive Committee - Chair, Ian Harrison; Vice-chair, Tony Barnes; Secretary, Tony Nicholls and Treasurer, Michael Elliott have all stated that they are willing to serve for another term.
7. To approve and adopt the Society’s new constitution as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO)
(Constitution previously circulated to members by email on 12th March 2026)

After the meeting there will be an opportunity for members to visit the restoration works at the canal basin, lime kilns and tucking mill (stout footwear advised).
