ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
To be held in the Learning Centre, RHS Rosemoor Sunday 6th April 2025 at 2.00pm.

Prior to the meeting there will be a presentation by Mike Teare, Chairman of The Way of the Wharves

5. Election of Committee members
In accordance with the Constitution, the following Committee members are put forward for re-election having served a 3 year term:
Tony Barnes, Mike Chambers, Michael Elliott, Ian Harrison, Chris Hassall, Chris Jewell & Tony Nicholls.
6. Election of Executive Committee - Chair, Vice-chair, Secretary, Treasurer
The current Executive Committee - Chair, Ian Harrison; Vice-chair, Tony Barnes; Secretary, Tony Nicholls and Treasurer, Michael Elliott have all stated that they are willing to serve for another term.
7. To consider changing the Society’s current constitutional status to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation

After the meeting there will be an opportunity for members to visit the restoration works at the canal basin, lime kilns and tucking mill (stout footwear advised).
